Admin Center

In the PortalTalk Admin Center you will find all information to configure and maintain the PortalTalk application.
This is strictly for the PortalTalk Administrators only. You can only perform the actions within this manual if you have the proper admin roles assigned.​

Access the PortalTalk Admin Center

The PortalTalk Admin Center functionalities can be accessed via the Settings button, in the lower right corner of the PortalTalk navigation panel.

  • Click the Settings button and select the option Open Admin Center.

You are redirected to the PortalTalk Admin Center:

Return from the Admin Center to the PortalTalk user application

From the PortalTalk Admin Center, you can return to the user application through the same Settings button, in the lower right corner of the PortalTalk navigation panel.

  • Click the Settings button and select the option Back to User Application.
