Onboarding issues
You landed on this page, because you ar facing issues during the MS Teams onboarding of PortalTalk. Here you can find additional help, to get you up and running as quicky as possible.
Check your configuration
First some well know issues, which can be easily solved;
Does your user has the correct permissions to do the onboarding. Please remember, the initial setup of the MS Teams app can be done with normal user permissions.
Did you moved over correctly to a InPrivate Browser session to complete part 2 of the configuration. Please keep in mind to use a Global Admin account to do the onboarding consent steps.
Press ‘Cancel’ button at the first or second onboarding screen and we will reset you attempt to onboard. You can retry again.
