PortalTalk Updates

A new PortalTalk update is simple task for the admin. Update will be published automatically to your tenant. PortalTalk is a SaaS application, so the update to a new version will be prepared by the PortalTalk team. We will communicate this firmly to your organization and our known contacts.

Sometimes there is also a configuration task for you as Admin involved. There are some local updates to perform, depending on the release. Local updates to perform can be

·        Changes in the permissions we need for PortalTalk on your tenant, This is called the ‘Consent’

·        Update to the MS Teams app file, to deliver new MS Teams functionality. This will only be occasional.

Not all new MS Teams app functions need an update to the MS Teams app file itself.
