The KPI boards
PortalTalk Analytic services will give the PortalTalk Administrator complete insight in the collaboration behavior of the users. It not only gives you the KPI insight. Most of the KPI’s provide an actions. This action shows you the objects, like workspace, users or content, who needs attention. You can take direct action which will lead to improvement of the KPI.
