PortalTalk has several option to connect to external applications and platforms. API’s are available at several levels.
Customer API
The customer API exist of a extensive sets of commands or methods to PUT and GET actions and information in and out of PortalTalk on a secure and controlled way.

Partner API
Also new in 2.9 release is the Partner API. A solution to make 3rd party applications make use of PortalTalk functionality. First partner is Synigo with their application Pulse, to fetch the data used to compose the PortalTalk Categories, Boards and Url navigation. This to make it possible to deliver PortalTalk Navigation to Teams and SharePoint in the Pulse application as widget.
This widget will be released in 2025 for Synigo Pulse customers.
