With version 2.9, PortalTalk introduces the Partner API—a new way to integrate PortalTalk functionality into external partner applications.
What is the Partner API?
The Partner API is designed to allow secure integration between PortalTalk and trusted partner platforms. It enables external applications to make use of specific PortalTalk features, offering customers a more seamless and unified experience across systems.
Who is this for?
This API is intended for use by development partners who want to embed PortalTalk functionality in their own products. Customers benefit from these integrations, provided they use both PortalTalk and the partner’s application.
The first implementation of the Partner API has been developed in collaboration with Synigo, for their product Pulse—a digital workspace platform. Thanks to the new connector, certain PortalTalk features are now directly accessible from within Synigo Pulse.
What’s next?
More integrations with other partner platforms are planned for future releases. The Partner API will continue to evolve to support a broader range of use cases and third-party solutions.
